His fine was less than his bond. Lol
Good thing that they say that he was charged with strangling his wife without providing any follow up really except the charges were reduced. Gotta keep the narrative alive that the cops didn’t lie and cause literally everyone continue to parrot that he choked her in front of them.

He was never actually proven to be drunk either nor was there any evidence he beat his wife. I think Ozuna is a moron but he kind of got shafted

When you watch the video and leave your bias and feelings at the door, it’s kinda BS
I just want him to hit the ball.
To echo other comments, he made some poor decisions and the relationship with his wife seemed to be toxic…I hope he doesn’t end up having negative feelings about his time in Atlanta because of his struggles and the rough treatment from fans…the guys in the clubhouse really seem to like him and when he’s right, he’s a helluva hitter…I hope he continues to be productive
I’m sorry. I lost my friend and his entire family to a drunk driver so it’s impossible for me to stay calm about this.
Did he or did he not drink some amount of alcohol before driving?
Did he or did he not refuse the breathalyzer?
Drunk driving is inexcusable. It’s murderous. But he plays baseball so whatever I guess.
