  1. Like I said in my previous post these officials should never ref a game again

  2. Crazy, way too high. So gone that puck. Not even close to the play.

  3. Maybe this will be where they punish the other team because it doesn’t help us, just for PR purposes. But yes, I know, they’ll most likely just ignore this, and our owners, who control the narrative, will help them.

  4. I know we’re all upset from the loss and I don’t mean to sound like one of those annoying fans but how is this not a penalty? It really feels like being a goon squad gets you far in the playoffs.

  5. If the NHL had balls, they would give the same as they gave Bunting for it. Three game suspension, for interference and check to the head.

If there’s no supplemental action from the league, I’ll take that as a sign that there really *are* different rules during the playoffs, and it’s all based on who the refs bet on that night.

  6. Leafs and getting knocked out of the playoffs on the back on an uncalled high-stick. Name a better combo.

  7. It’s just one of those plays where I’d love an alternate reality and this hit was made by bunting or kadri. Would love to see the reaction by the league lol

  8. Absolutely should have been a penalty! 2 minutes for embellishment.

  9. Panthers must feel terrible. Imagine winning a series in OT after you obviously should have gotten a penalty right before OT. As a Leaf, I know if something like that benefited us, I’d have to admit it’s part of a league wide conspiracy to help the Leafs.

  10. Honestly except Bobrovsky, the entire Panthers team are just a bunch of dirty rats as far as I can see at this moment.

  11. This play really isn’t all that different than the one Bunting got 3 games for outside of the injury…
