Why should he care? The instant he got drafted at that spot he was guaranteed an average salary more than twice the average RB. If you were him, you would also say “don’t care”

I don’t understand why any reporter would ask any player that? What are they going to say? “Oh sorry, maybe we should re-do the draft so I can be drafted at a more approriate spot so you guys will stop whining?” I seriously don’t understand what they were hoping to hear from that question…
