I think the Toledo year has turned out to go about as ideal as things could go for Cossa. Got him in a ton of games, and then I think making a playoff run is one of the better things for development. It’s an intensity and such that can’t be matched and makes guys really try to elevate their games. It’s right after his WHL team made a Memorial Cup run last year too. I think that type of experience is just invaluable for young players and even more so for goalies
I’m so fucking tired man. Every 4 weeks I have to wake up 2 hours earlier than normal the entire week. For 6 months I’ve been told end of this is near and it hasn’t happened. I’m so sick of this shit.
Very happy the Oilers got bounced. I hate their fanbase more than any other in sports and they ruined the draft lottery for us. I hope McDavid and Drai both leave and the Oilers sink back into perpetual irrelevance.
The Oilers have now wasted 8 years of McDavid’s career, he has nothing meaningful to his name outside of individual records. It’s looking like this will be Bedards career but even longer given the fact Chicago has literally nothing to compliment him like a Draisaitl and *realistically* never will.
