It’s either a weird fan pretending to be his sister or it’s actually his sister. The account only got created in December which is kind of when Klim started becoming a fan fave

Kostin got 3min a night because every time he went out on the ice he’d block a shot and barely be able to get to the bench. From what I could see, that was Woody trying to take care of him, not refusing to play him.
It’s definitely a random fan pretending to be his sister
He’s a young player under team control who has an NHL level shot, the Oilers aren’t going to let a player like that get away unless there’s a legit issue. He’s also not going to go back to Russia and risk being drafted for Putin’s (failing) war.
Debates about the authenticity of this person aside, it’s gotta be tough for these bottom 6 guys who grew up playing elite level minutes to play less than 10 min a game. Can’t imagine being able to find a rhythm when you only have a few shifts each period.
