Bulpett: Celtics’ Marcus Smart Expecting ‘That Fight’ From Jimmy Butler

Just don’t come out flat and lazy today that’s all I ask
Playoff Jimmy should be everyone’s top priority.

C’mon we should be very familiar with the Miami Heat in playoff series by now.
I’d just like to take this opportunity to point out that Smart didn’t foul Jimmy at the end of that Bulls game
Love and trust
A lot of this series will be on Smart imo. Defensively he should take the Butler assignment and contain him as best he can. On the other side, the Heat climbed back into Game 7 last year by daring Smart to beat them, and Smart did not respond well, going 0-5 from the field down the stretch. He should be prepared to get a lot of open looks this series that he has to capitalize on.
Jimmy is Himmy, but I think a guy like Jimmy will allow Smart to shine more than a guy like Steph Curry.
Excited for this series, let’s open with a win!

Jimmy is one of the only players on an opposing team that I am fearful of. Straight-up killer.

I still remember when Jimmy was with the Bulls and Smart got called for a phantom foul at the very end of the game on Jimmy’s turnaround fadeaway
Can’t wait til we get that 6 pt -30 playoff jimmy game.
