Unfortanetly no. It was a limited edition sweater that has been discontinued.

They were selling them at a shop called factorie in my country (Australia) about a year ago!

I’ve got a SUPER similar Cubs crewneck by New Era that I bought last month. No Bears equivalent online right now, but maybe it’ll drop closer to the start of the season?
With exception to the neck and sleeve bottoms you could easily recreate that with some HTV and a shirt press.
