Would OKC be able to wear these jerseys as a throwback, even though they technically belong to the Pelicans?

Teams can wear whatever jerseys Nike provides them for the season, with specifications as to how many times certain jerseys have to be worn, it’s not like 2k where you can wear throwbacks as a one-off
No these are not apart of the Thunder jersey selection, they are apart of the Pelicans jersey selection
They could tinker with colors and logos and call it an homage to the Katrina team.
