Really believe him and Lamelo would be a great fit and help each others games grow. Haven’t been this excited for a draft in a while.

Lamelo is gonna be incredible off the ball. As long as scoot can become a higher end shooter which I think he could very well do based on the mid range touch, they have the upside to be one of the greatest offensive backcourts ever.

You have to consider how being in Wemby’s shadow for this entire process would make Scoot feel. Hopefully adds a little fuel to the fire.
A lot of the sports media have Charlotte taking Miller over Scoot, but frankly, I don’t trust the media. Many of those same media outlets were trying to pawn Russell Westbrook on us last season in exchange for Terry, PJ, plus picks etc. I feel like we usually get a raw deal with media coverage, and what the media proposes is generally not in our best interest.
The current paradigm in the NBA draft is to take the best player available, and that looks to be Scoot. Talk about a fun team to watch if that happens. LaMelo, Scoot, and the rest of the young bucks plus the best commentators in the league!
