  1. They been buttering us up for this for months. Let’s not act surprised.

  2. Would be really cool to see James on a houston team. I always had this feeling the city would love him, I hope this happens because I’m interested to see what Harden is capable of on a tenure in Houston

  3. Philly losing Harden would basically shut Embiid’s window in Philly IMO

  4. This is such a funny ploy by his agent. They released this back in like December. He clearly wants to re-sign with the Sixers and is just sparking fake interest

  5. It’s ok to just make 200m and bang strippers. Rings are overrated tbh. Live that life Harden 😂😂😂

  6. I’m from Houston and James is always down here for obvious reasons. I see him and PJ Tucker a lot

  7. Harden’s legacy with philly will be them getting out of the simmons contract.

  8. * Helped Embiid win MVP.

    * Hard carried important playoff wins but also choked hard to get eliminated.

    * Got Glenn Rivers fired.

    * Leaves. Refuses to elaborate

    GIGAJames

  9. Fwiw the current Rockets + Harden could legit be really fun to watch.

    They’re not winning shit. But they should be fun.

  10. Morey should be canned if he can’t even keep Harden. That’s like 80 percent of his resume as an executive…

  11. I can understand why he’s doing it from a human perspective but from a competitive basketball perspective seems kind of silly, this Sixers team was really good and with a new coach and maybe 1 to 2 more solid role players they could easily be the favorites in the East next year

  12. A true Texas tale – the Captain of the small town high school football team who throws 50 TDs and for 4,000 yards in his senior season, falls short in the state title games going 17-35 with 212 yards, 1 TD and 3 INTs.

    He leaves to find glory at a big time college football program. He quits his senior season after a mostly lackluster career with moments of brilliance, beefing with his coach and getting him fired, and getting in fist fights with his start WR whom he routinely overthrows by 5 yards.

    He gains 35 pounds, develops an alcohol abuse problem, and returns home to Texas to open a Kia dealership.

  13. No way he goes back bro unless he doesn’t care at all about winning a ring anymore which not even a year ago, took a pay cut to achieve.

  14. Money over a potential championship.
    I’m NOT mad at him if thats his choice. Get paid

  15. Ladies and gentlemen them strip clubs will be playing welcome back by murder Mase

  16. If it weren’t for the guaranteed hundreds of millions of dollars he will get from dumbass Houston, I would say that getting back with your ex never works. Especially, when you’re the one that left.

  17. We should be focusing on how dumb the rockets are for entertaining this.

    Everybody talking about how bad this is for Philly but it’s really not that bad. Dude looks washed and yes this limits 76ers chances of winning anything but you’re not going to win anything with Harden anyway. You’ll just end up with the albatross contract.

  18. Philly should tank for a better draft pick, see if they can get the fans behind it. Call it The Procedure or something

  19. I understand this from Hardens perspective but what are the Rockets getting from this? Are they giving up on Jalen Green already because Harden is going to stunt his development big time with how much he needs the ball?

    Harden max contract is going to be un-moveable the second he signs it.

  20. Can someone explain why he’d want to go to Houston? Does this mean he’s throwing in the towel on winning a chip and just wants to be in familiar surroundings?

  21. So basically jumped ship and quit on Houston to win a ring, failed after 3 seasons and wants back? Lol ok dude.

  22. Why , because they have the cap space? No disrespect to Houston , they have a talented young roster, but they not winning anything anytime soon.

  23. Man if this does happen it’s wild that the Sixers had so many chances to do something with that core but managed to fumble it every time and now are stuck in a bit of a weird spot imo. Also if he does go to the Rockets, what an interesting situation for them. Imo they should go Jarace at this point. Hometown guy and can be the Draymond type, which they’ll need much more than a project guard in one of the Thompson twins since they’ll have KPJ, Green, and Harden at that point.

  24. When asked about how he was feeling about leaving Philadelphia, Harden responded, “I’m coming home” and held up a Club Onyx-branded g-string that he pulled out of his suit jacket pocket.
