I’m really not trying to be a hater but seriously why can’t we keep dubon at start? I feel he’s earned his place at the top. Ride that train until we’re forced to get off. Or I’d settle just BEING in the lineup. He’s way too hot right now to sit out.
Abreu should be batting 7th. He’s seriously under performing this season

Mauricio Dubon hit a HR before Jose Abreu, what kind of twilight zone are we living in?… He’s supposed to be a power hitter, right? That’s what we’re paying him for??..
I could watch this lineup with Julks hitting 9th
Like this lineup a lot. The question every day now is to play Julks or Dubon if we aren’t giving Chas a breather. I think Abreu still has quite a bit of leash, but at some point, Dubon could take his spot at 1B.
Does no one understand each player’s role on the team? I swear you people are psychotic.
Only thing saving Abreu’s ass as an everyday starter is that ginormous contract he was given by (then) GM Bagwell. Otherwise his ass would probably be riding the pine or optioned to AAA. Meanwhile Dubon who earned his spot as a starter has to take the backseat and watch from where Abreu should be watching. Absolutely infuriating that I say this all while riding a current 8 game win streak.

Why not Dubon DH?
