This clip is why I’m out on Walker even if he’s available at #10. Only 6’6.5” but got dusted all year on the perimeter. Might as well get a true 7 footer if that’s gonna be the case.

He’s the best defensive prospect in the draft but you saw one clip of him getting beat off the dribble and your out.
He’s 6’6” without shoes but has a 7’2” wingspan and weighs 248. And that’s all muscle. Dudes built like a truck and has the agility to guard bigger guards and wings.
It’s funny that’s your takeaway from that clip. Cause my takeaway is my god do Hendricks handles look rough as hell.
As others have mentioned, this is one play. Jarace is widely considered one of the best defenders in this draft, he’s young, has insane measurables, and is apparently a great person and locker room guy (from those who have interviewed or encountered him.)
He’d be perfect next to Luka for 10+ years and we’d be lucky to get him because there’s no way he drops lower than 6.
