Please guys, don’t throw unreasonable expectations on this kid.
Rui still has room to grow. I think they’ll trust him even more and rely on him after what he’s proven he can do in these playoffs. He can definitely be a Devean George type role player for us.
Vando improving his shooting from the corner 3 would be amazing to see.
Freezing cold take lol he’s gonna get dumped somewhere for cash considerations
Might be the last time we see him in a Lakers uniform.

Christie is a year or two away from being a serviceable role player. His ceiling is a 3nD starter, which would be great for a 2nd round pick. Just don’t expect him to be a superstar.
He will definitely get some more play time earlier in the season next year. Also heard on the Lowe Post the guest was saying he talked to him and said he looked taller to which Christie replied say that yea he had grown some more. If he really develops he could be like a nice MPJ type with maybe a bit more playmaking potential.
I hope so but I like vando to come back with a more polished game I think he has a high ceiling than people think
Kobe took 2 years to be relevant. Year 1 he didn’t play much and shot those airballs against the Jazz. Year 2 came back from that low moment and won slam dunk champion and got to play in all star game with MJ. Year 3 was a disappointment, since he got swept by Tim Duncan and David Robinson. Year 4, NBA champion and #2 option with Shaq, taking it over in the finals.
For me, i see parallels in Austin Reaves.

Cade Cunningham is going to blow the doors off everyone’s expectations. He’s hit real weapons in Duren and Ivey, a solid player at 5 in the draft, and a deeper rotation of serviceable shooters and role players. Detroit will make the playoffs in the East and Cade will make an all nba team.
Kids needs a lot more than 1 season of being on an NBA roster before he’s ready to make a significant contribution to the team . Cmon guys. This is a bit unreasonable. Dude just turned 20.
