His prediction makes sense since McD was a Packer predraft visit. But I wonder if there was some gamesmanship by Gutey when negotiating the pick swap and saying the McD was his top Edge and not LVN… fun series of videos regardless.

  1. I believe Gute has never drafted a player in the 1st round that he had in for a predraft visit

  2. Gute probably had his eye on LVN the whole way that’s why he lept New England for him. The fact NE took budget LVN in Keion White with their second rounder supports the theory.

    Also later on in the video Douglas calls the LVN pick a good one for GB.

  4. I figured McDonald would’ve been a target for the Packers after a trade down. I’m sure there was some legitimate interest
