Love seeing the fact that he’s willingly coming in to help out our younger guys. Sam Williams, Micah, and others being trained by DeMarcus Ware makes me so damn excited

I love seeing the old guys come home to help develop the future. Shame he had to go to Denver to get that ring.

This guy is the best Dallas player in the near future. He is helping the organisation on every aspect. He could go the media and could earn 10x more money, but he prefers to help his team. I wish we are capable to attract more ex players to the franchise. In my opinion the old players knows the game better then the old fat guys with zero player background.
