1. I know right? Who would’ve thought that Charlie Sheen would be tied for 4th in saves at this point in the season.

3. Second in saves? Not too shabby so far

4. The Giants have their ACE, their Closer, their successor to Craw or 3B, Estrada at 2B, Lamont at wherever, and Bailey at C. If Kyle Harrison and Luciano become the real deal, then the Giants have finally turned a corner in prospects development. It took Posey retiring to get the rebuild going. If Kyle and Luciano pan out, man, the Giants won’t be far off from building a long-term competitve team. What a turn around.

5. The kids have made a HUGE difference. The Giants are worth watching again. They have players that can run, hit and play top level defense.

   As far as Luciano goes, we’ll have to wait and see. Yes, he’s young but he has a propensity for injury.

6. Hader is probably the weirdest thing to me on this list.

8. Carlos “Wild Thing” Estevez being a real person now you mean?

9. What is the value of a saved leader nowadays? It is reliant on having a good team defense and having guys who rack up Holds. CD could have the exact same numbers in all other categories but not have both saves and blown saves that aren’t his fault.

10. It’s been so nice being able to rely on Doval to close things off for us. Remember a few years ago where we were one of the leaders in most blown saves?
