1. TBH, this is so harsh that Jimmy is prolly ok. Basically, if he doesn’t pass physical by week 1 he’s cut- no money, no dead money.

2. I still don’t see this as a good thing. So we might get out of paying him, cool. But If that’s the case, signing him was a huge risk. And then, we doubled down on that risk by signing Brian Hoyer to be our primary backup, and passed on will Levis and waited until the fourth to take Aiden O’Connell, who, memes aside, is not a day one starter level qb. We royally fumbled the qb transition up to this point.

   Also, I do find it funny that they benched Carr with 2 games left so he wouldn’t get hurt, and then signed a qb who came in hurt.

3. As someone who wasn’t excited about Jimmy if he ends up not playing or getting paid. Who cares. Run the rookie and get the right quarterback in next year’s draft.
