I really struggle to reconcile the praise that Vance keeps getting with his results. People must love working with him.
Seems like the antithesis of Sean. A players coach. I think he’s a much better fit in a coordinator role. Also think he’s a good ying to coaches yang
I know full season strength hasn’t been a good record for him in Arizona, but I think that’s partially due to injuries and then poor coaching and leadership above him and by players too,
There have been month long stretches where he has what feels like the best defense in the league.
Excited for him to be back in a coordinator role with our defense and Peyton as HC
