   next time, instead of showing me a coach yelling at his players, show me the systems Lav would implement. show me his history of working with young players and how it benefitted them. show me how he runs the PP. show me how he likes to set his lines and how it would be good for NYR. show me anything other than old hockey-man behavior as an indication of ‘why he would be good’ for a team that very clearly needed direction and an actual strategy/coaching system instead of the same shit that Gallant did but with yelling.

2. People on here haven’t figured out that this is just the next logical step in the: coach with structure, coach with no structure, coach with structure,… cycle.

   Of all the coaches with structure, he’s the best available
