  1. Won’t lie don’t feel the most confident with Kikuchi and then Manoah this serious but I’m hoping the offence breaks through to help out.

  4. Pretty funny that we’re starting the ‘easy’ point of our schedule, which goes like this:
    – first-place team (Minnesota)
    – first-place team (Milwaukee)
    – highest payroll team (Mets)
    – consensus best preseason AL team (Houston), who is 14-4 in the last 3 weeks after a slow start
    – first place team (Minnesota)

    Oh, and then we play the second and third best teams in all of baseball in Baltimore and Texas.

    From June 19th until the all-star game, we have 18 games where the best team we play is Boston, so hopefully get hot now and rack up some wins there.

  5. I was relieved there was no baseball game yesterday. It was nice to not have to fret about them struggling.

    Hopfully the players also took yesteday as a bit of a mental break too and come out tonight ready to go!!

  7. wonder how they’re going to manage Bass from here on out. Maybe make him post an insincere apology and go to “counselling”.

    Im all for releasing him and if they dont, heavy boos in Toronto any time he takes the field. He needs to feel unwelcome.
