  1. By all accounts, Jett Woo took a legitimate step forward this season which was needed.

Perhaps this is a result of the new Coaching Staff.. possibly the Player Development Staff.. But shout out to Jett Woo.

  2. Great seeing him take that next step in the ahl. Hopefully he gets a few call ups or and extended stay with the big club

  3. I can vision him being a 7th – 8th dman playing as a shut down D man on a Tocchet system if injuries occur.

  4. Makes sense. Hope he gets some games in the NHL this year. He needs them pretty soon if he’s going to become an NHL regular.

  5. He is only 22, we’ve been spoiled with some of the younger superstars lately across the league coming in at 18/19 and beings studs immediately.

Defensemen usually take a few more years to develop. That being said, he’s at the age now where if he’s going to make the step, this year is it. Lots of good D men didn’t play in the NHL until their early 20s.

  6. I think he plays some games for us this year. In fact, I time there’s a real danger that someone picks him up if we waive him to Abby.

  7. big prove it deal. He made some growth this year but its time to push other prospects out of the way and make the big team.
