It saddens me seeing some of the replies to this post. When I think of the Raiders I think of a team who breaks down barriers and as long as you rep the Silver and Black with pride you are welcomed. Guess some people never got the memo.

Sucks people think itās pandering to āwokeā, when the philosophy of The Raiders has always been progressive. Al Davis refusing to play in the South because of segregation? Check. First team to draft a black QB in the first round? Check. First team to win a Super Bowl with a Mexican-American coach? Check. First openly gay active player? Check. This isnāt some fucking PR stunt, itās the very essence of The Raiders.
Anyone opposed to understanding some people like V, others like D and some like Both needs to shut the fuck up forever

My unwanted opinion is that you can be as gay+ as you like, I just don’t care for it being the only thing I see from every company for an entire month. As if they care.
I may disagree with a lot of yāall on stuff like the front office or draft picks, but if someone was to vilify someone in the silver and black just because their sexual orientation or how they identify (ESPECIALLY if it was another Raiders fan), then Iād have your back. Fuck all of that.
The Raiders were always about welcoming people who werenāt welcomed elsewhere. This franchise and Al Davis didnāt care where you came from, as long as you played hard for your team and your fans thatās all it matters. Raiders Nation is for everybody.
Youād think with all the pandering the NFL, and its teams, do to the military all year round, fans would be okay giving support to the LGBTQ community for just one month.

Crazy that they claim to be raider fans and donāt understand that we have always been the most inclusive team in the nfl and we always have been ahead of every social issue since our inception
