    >This cuts into what little cap space the Sixers could create if Harden walks.

    >They’re almost certainly going to operate as an over-the-cap team either way.

    > The Sixers are now up to roughly $121.4M in guaranteed salary (with only eight players under contract) against a projected $134M cap.

    >If Harden leaves, the Sixers will likely have the non-taxpayer MLE. Other than that, they’ll only be able to offer minimum salaries.

    >If Harden returns, House picking up his player option pushes the Sixers that much closer to the second apron.

    >If they cross the second apron, they won’t have access to *any* mid-level exception this offseason and will be limited to offering only minimum salaries in free agency.

    >I can’t imagine House was fetching more than a minimum deal in FA this summer, so I’m not surprised that he picked up his option.

    >Montrezl Harrell ($2.8M PO) is much more of a toss-up, IMO. He can actually earn slightly *more* by opting out and signing a new min deal elsewhere.

  2. As expected. House, Furkan and niang are our only tradable contracts not sure what you get with them tho.

  3. Makes sense. He’s a bit up and down but feels like one of the bench guys that Nurse will find mileage for if he’s not thrown into a trade this summer.

  4. I think he’s fine. He’s better than Kork. Hopefully Trez opts out lol

  5. Hey he gave us good runs in the playoffs. Nurse will certainly look to use him and mcdaniels

  6. Hopefully, Nurse can find a better way to utilize him. One of the few guys off the bench that is actually athletic

  7. Honestly, good. If Nurse can get him to play like he did against Boston consistently he’s better than 4M/year.
