1. We wouldn’t have gotten the 5th overall pick so I’m good with how it played out.

4. So, watching the video, it looks like it’s one dude who has an “understanding” that Philly made an offer and Russ nixed the trade. That’s not really news. We already knew that multiple teams had asked around and offered packages.

   We just don’t know the order of what happened … we know that **Seattle** was only interested in packages from WFT and Denver, and Russ put the kibosh on WFT.

   My guess is that the “understanding” is that Philly probably tossed out a floater package and Schneider told Russ he had gotten overtures from Philly, and Russ said no, so the conversation didn’t continue.

5. Can only imagine…. Philly fans are far less forgiving than Denver
