  1. Interesting how the Cardinals chose this series to bring Walker back up. The Pirates snapped his 12-game hitting streak to start his career the first game he played against us back in April, and he proceeded to go 1-for-13 that series and got demoted back to the minors not long after.

  2. Gotta knock Flaherty around tonight, start this homestand off with a win.

    I don’t understand Mathias being called up.

  3. Every time I see the cards lineup I have to do a double take on their record. Wouldn’t be surprised if they make a late run. We have to get back to executing all the small things like we did in April. Onward LGB

  4. Suwinski hits .750 against their starter and has only gotten better. Do they intentionally walk him or pitch around him and see if he chases?

    With a 2.300 OPS as well. Wow
