Cousy/Russell is an interesting take. I think they won like 6 championships together, which is the most of any of these duos. But then Cousy retires, and Russell wins five more.
Russell had pretty much the entire roster turnover in the middle of his run. With Sam Jones being the only real constant (and Bill got one without him, too).
Honestly, Havlicek was probably the best player Russell actually played with.
