Maybe not a long term option but I think he can be a pretty good option on the roster next year. great shooter, solid floor general, plus the spurs have done some favors for Boston in the past couple years so maybe they can do the same for us and trade us Pritchard for semi-cheap
Only for very cheap, but even still, I’m not sure he’s worth the effort. He doesn’t have a ton of long-term upside, and he’s not a game changer in the short term.
Doesn’t really do much for me over Branham or Wesley and he needs to be paid soon
undersized guards should only be considered if they’re at least as good as 2013-14 patty mills
Not good enough for the role he would want, keep in mind he told the Celtics he wanted a way bigger role and he simply wasn’t good enough to fill that role. So we’d basically be getting a guy whose worse than even Romeo is or was and couldn’t carve out a role in any meaningful way even with how bad Boston was playing at times he’s also like 5’11 and isn’t young either on top of the fact that he couldn’t carve even a small role as a shooter on a championship caliber team, it’s hard to see him doing any better having to do much more on a rebuilding team
