Found a little scrap of newspaper with some familiar names in an old, used hockey encyclopedia from the 90s. Anyone know what year we beat the Jets 5-2?

1. I’m assuming this little clipping is from the LA Times (possibly OC Register). It also has the Dogders score and a score for a Kings vs Avs game that’s slightly cut off.

2. Never knew Maple Leafs were in the Western Conference.

3. 95-96 by looking at the standings. Detroit on top at 131 pts and Anaheim barely missing playoffs at 78. This was the final game of the season so that made it easy haha

4. Pretty cool, Kariya scored #49 & #50 in that game.
