[Wiggins did something similar if I remember right.](https://www.slamonline.com/archives/andrew-wiggins-fires-agent/) He dropped or changed agencies right before signing his extension and his old agency was obviously all pissed they put in all the leg work during the rookie deal only to be dumped before the rookie max.

    EDIT: Coincidentally Wiggins left Duffy. I’m sure Duffy will concede his commission to Ant’s previous agency…

  3. Seems like A-Rod has some influence on this decision. He convinced Carlos Correa to sign with WME a couple years ago before he went to Boras during his free agency.

  4. Does not really matter because Ant will anyway sign his rookie max extension. Hopefully he will not ask for 5th year player option, similar to Ja.
