  1. Y’all I spent all season thinking about this… But dang nabbit, what if GP doesn’t only run go routes?- Matthew Canada

  2. Mason went on to say “The other day he was walking us through the idea of throwing the ball to the middle of the field. Kenny and I looked at each other and we were just like, wow, this such a cool idea”.

  3. Ya know how in Semi-Pro, there’s a long, drawn-out description scene where they invent the alley oop? That’s how I imagine Matt Canada describing throwing to the middle of the field.

  4. Sounds good on paper until you learn they just added the Big Ben pooch punt

  5. While I’m not worried about Kenny’s hand size, in this picture it looks like a deflated medical glove.

  6. I hope all the players can handle them.

The biggest issue at the start of last season was the players just being confused. Procedural penalties like illegal formation and inelligible man down field. Receivers and QB’s on different pages. Najee and the line on different pages. They started off RPO heavy and completely dropped it because the players just couldn’t handle it.

Maybe without Claypool, Moore, and Dotson starting and with everyone else having more experience that gets cleaned up.
