How many unoriginal posts are we going to see about Vegas putting on a show before the game. They do a drum line 6 the arena. Every team has lights and songs and what not. Vegas just goes over the top. If you have ever been to Vegas you would understand they go over the top on everything. Obviously, the people complaining didn’t watch the playoffs earlier or any hockey in general.
Just turn it off and go watch something more suited to your liking. Baseball might be good as it’s slow and not as exciting.
Luckily they did this before the scheduled time for puck drop.
It’s pretty cool when you’re there. Not meant for TV to be honest.
They could have at least hired pro sword fighters lol
I would much prefer we remove from pregame the anthems and countless call out to the military than this. This is harmless tacky fun

It’s the longest part of the show without a sportsbook advertisement. Just enjoy it until they figure out a way to incorporate odds on this too.
Yeah this is typical of Vegas. If you’ve never been to their arena you just wouldn’t know. The dj is up in rafters Almost on his own platform, the bass alone rocks your chest, the showgirls are out and about , and there’s people walking around with Turkey legs from the medieval inspired concessions. The whole experience feels like a concerned. That’s show business baby …. Err hockey I mean.
Went to watch my Flyers there once, one of the few matches we actually won.
Glad the Treasure Island performers found a place to land.

My wife and I randomly attended their 5th ever home game because we happened to be in town and were staying close by. The first year they did this Sword In The Stone bit where the Knight pulled his sword out of a small rock. It was so much like the Stonehenge bit from Spinal Tap.
Hate it all you want but keep coming here to see your team, I appreciate you spending your money here so I can keep my property taxes low and enjoy no state income tax 🤷🏼♀️
