  1. So did no one at ESPN ask for the wall’s opinion on what happened with Judge?

  2. This series provided a good perspective on the Yankees, they are vary good. One of the nice things about the new schedule. Should keep this in mind when the complaints about Boone and Cashman or the team start.

  3. Wonderful to win a series vs an elite team. German was so good tonight and even though he gave up the HR I was thrilled Boone left him in. After that, Boone pushed the right buttons and Holmes and Peralta did the job.

Really awesome for the first 2 runs it was Higgy and Oswaldo just putting the ball in play. Obviously wasn’t pretty but they did what they had to do. Then of course, Volpe with a clutch HR to hopefully spark his bat. It was a fun series and clean game tonight with 0 errors and LeMahieu gobbling everything up at 3B like he always does.
    Start spreading the news

  4. God I loved this series. Glad both of my teams got one win. Pretty excited that I get to watch my two favorite teams play each other every year now!

  5. Super happy with how the team did on this west coast trip. Time to go home and do laundry with all these Sox’s games coming up.

  6. [***Start Spreading The News***](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=le1QF3uoQNg), I’m leaving today

And find I’m king of the hill, top of the heap

These little town blues are melting away

I’ll make a brand new start of it in old New York

If I can make it there, I’ll make it anywhere

It’s up to you, New York, New York

    # Neeeww Yooooooooooooorrrrrrkkkkk………………….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. The New York Yankees are my favorite team and it makes me happy (horny) when they win

  8. I mean I’m just saying you put the Dodgers against a good AL team and they’re basically normal besides Sevy shitting the bed.

  9. Yankees take 2 of 3 versus the best team in the NL going into today. Therefore, they went 4-2 on this west coast trip which is highly impressive. A series filled with great pitching by Cole and German, HRs abound (capped off with a tack on HR by Volpe), and a SPECTACULAR play by Judge in Game 2. Need to win series like this if we want to defend that AL East crown. Back to the Bronx vs White Sox and Red Sox (finally).

  10. Nestor said he’s had the shoulder issue the last few starts which means he’s been pitching through it explaining why he’s been bad. That’s not good at all.

  11. Great series. Great trip. I’d like to thank the Sox, Giants and especially the Mets for their spectacular efforts this weekend. Especially the Mets. Bunch of hacks.

  12. Domingo Germán since the beginning of May

    8.1 IP, 1 ER

    5.0 IP, 2 ER

    5.2 IP, 1 ER

    3.0 IP, 0 ER (ejected)

    6.1 IP, 4 ER

    6.2 IP, 1 ER

He’s just a damn good pitcher

  13. Glad to see we’re keeping alive the 2019 tradition of blood sacrificing players to the IL for regular season wins

  14. History of the Yankees 1980-2003 on YES right now. It absolutely kills me that Mattingly never won a World Series.

  15. Savor this fellow Volpe supporters, not a single SEND VOLPE DOWN HES USELESS post to be seen.

  16. Clay Holmes since blowing the German masterpiece against Cleveland and then almost doing it again two days later for the past month:

    15 games, 15.1 IP, 20 K to 7 BB, 32.3 K%, 11.3 BB%, 1 R, 0.59 ERA, .167 AVG against.

    I think he’s back.

  17. if we don’t win the division, we want to be sixth. sixth place gets to play the winner or the central whereas fourth or fifth will get to play either houston or texas most likely

  18. You can’t say “DJ sucks” on here without being downvoted. Let’s call it like we see it, he’s washed and that’s ok. We just need him to not bat 4th or 5th moving forward.

  19. The fact that the pitching staff (outside of Sevy unfortunately) basically shut down an insanely good (and hot) offense is huge! Great series W the Yankees are on a roll right now.

  20. Sounds like Judge is deff going to the IL and a good chance he may have a broken toe

  21. Thinking about the free agents I wanted this winter that didn’t end up in pinstripes I’m glad I’m not in the HO. Turner (mid), Correa (bad), DeGrom (injured), Contreras (bad defender), Benintendi (bad), Peterson (good but DH only), Yoshida (really good), Conforto (alright), Carpenter (bad), Eovaldi (really really good), Verlander (alright but injured), Green (injured), Robertson (amazing), Castro (good). So yeah, whiffed on most of the guys I wanted. HO often gets rightfully criticized for not signing guys but they also often times miss out on guys who end up on really bad contracts (like Strasberg or Corbin)

  22. We have 7PM game starts for the next 3 weeks, and coincidentally I’ll be in Europe from tomorrow until the next day game, so you won’t see me in game threads until then. I’ll be catching up with highlights at 1AM Eastern every day.

Peace out nerds. Keep it light and fun.

  23. As much as i hate to say it Yanks always play better hurt and the next men up always come through, lets keep this train rolling
