  1. Feels like the talent pool is drying up, though classel was a great get.

  2. Blue balled. At least we got Cassell. I think it’s time to dip into the college/international coaching pool

  3. Maybe these assistant coaches don’t want to be an assistant to an inexperienced head coach, maybe

  4. Bro whaaaaatt. Vogel I was bummed but not that surprised. This one I thought was basically a done deal

  5. I’m choosing to believe this is because we got someone better. I’m hoping.

  6. A lot of people are expecting Joe not to improve as a head coach is bizarre. He has a whole summer of being able to game plan his team strategy with Sam Cassel who has seen ALOT of basketball at the highest level. He had what…1 week last season?

Just remember that Spo looked in over his head constantly in his first year and basically halfway through his second year

  7. Dangit!

    Adding Cassell will help imo.

Honestly though, the development required to win it all needs to come from within the individual players too.

These guys need to commit and sacrifice what’s needed to get over the hump.

They’ve received consecutive masterclasses the last two playoff runs on what’s needed.

  8. so instead of Silas we might get Cassell and Charles Lee. interesting if that comes to fruition

  9. Sucks but Silas probably wanted to be lead assistant coach and Cassell already got that role.

Aside from the premium skills training assistants (ie shooting), would love to get at least one more assistant coach that played on a championship team (preferably with Celts ties).

  10. Annoying but I’m gonna assume big names don’t want to be 3rd or 4th in the coaching authority line

  11. Another 1 not wanting to work for Brad…

Seems to be a theme, and what’s resonating from his handling of Ime…

    And Silas went to a mid-level contender… Speaks volumes…
