The difference is that he has to work his balls off to touch his living room ceiling. The guy that replaces him will work his balls off to add another level to his house.
It was really helpful to have a guy like boq cycling in and out of the line up. Ruff shuffled the bottom 6 forwards up a lot, but it kept a lot of guys fresh and hungry to contribute when they did get consistent time.
