Good for Leonard. I’m happy he’s latching on to a contender. He had his struggles with injury and lack of physical maturity in his time in Chicago, but he was a good dude who played hard. Sometimes it just takes a little longer for guys to develop.
Probably someone will get signed, otherwise I think Poles and Flus are good with who they have right now. Might be a deadline trade for depending record then.
If by bolster their pass rush they mean have him getting swallowed by the opponents tackles all game, then yes it was bolstered.
Hasn’t he always been a LB, never a DE? I know Edge is kind of considered interchangeable, but has he ever had a hand on the ground? Also, seems a bit light.
There’s no one really worth a large, multi-year deal on the FA market this season. I expect Poles to find a stop gap solution or solutions before the season starts. That’s okay, this season should rightly be about figuring out the offense. If everything works out on that end, then next year’s resources can be focused on the D, including drafting or signing a playmaking edge.

Low key, I hope they bring Robert Quinn back. I don’t expect it to happen, but I’d love to see it.
By most accounts Floyd wasn’t a good scheme fit for the Bears anyway.
Clearly the Bills signed him because he shows up against Aaron lol
This deal might start to set the market in terms of pricing for the remaining EDGE free agents. Let’s see what Floyd got before reacting.
Sometimes money talks, get some veterans on 1 year contracts. They traded anyone of value on d line last year. Passing league,can’t roll out mainly same dudes you ended season with last year.
