He also has difficulty naming specific position players on the team. This is going back years, but he said he couldn’t name a Giants TE the night Larry Donnell got 3 TDs against Washington in 2019ish. I wrote him off then. I understand if it’s your job to pay attention to every team, but I shouldn’t know more about the Giants starting players than a guy paid to talk about them.
Someone can be a giants fan and think critically about the team.

I know a lot of Steelers fans who only accept a Super Bowl as a successful season and some who are just happy to make the playoffs.
If u don’t want people to critique the team, it’s simple win the Super Bowl. Then nobody can say anything
This story would have been fine if it was published in February, but now we’ve been through half the off-season where it’s obvious that both teams are aware of those flaws and have been addressing them. Releasing this story at this point in the year is just trivial.

What a ridiculous take. The Giants shouldn’t rely on winning close games? Or winning late in the game when every team tries to have last possession to win? They shouldn’t rely on not turning the ball over? What? That’s how you win in the NFL! So you just want to see a blow out every game like it’s college football? Fucking clown.
