10. I would say Luzardo earned another inning he had what like 85 pitches after 7? And was showing no signs of slowing down. Cant complain tho the back of our bullpen has been on fire with Scott especially. But if Luzardo was ever going to pitch 8 innings or more this would have been it, he was throwing a 2 hitter I believe with 85 or 86 pitches.

The best move for Schumaker was finally putting Arraez in the leadoff, Ive been begging at the TV to take him out of 3rd and get him leadoff. we have so many line drive/power hitters, stacking them all behind Arraez and ur almost guaranteed 1 of them will drive him in. With Soler, DLC, Sanchez, Cooper – Arraez on 1st is already in scoring position so its best to get him as many ABs as possible before them, so leadoff is good. He doesn't need to be super fast to be an effective lead off hitter. Although thats ideal but having a fast #9 hitter with the DH in play is just as good.

16. Hard Luck Zack with 4 unearned runs & Jesus pitched like an Ace for his 7. Miami's playing up to capabilities with all healthy & producing + having a .400 hitter never hurts!

17. The Fish are hot this year, we have to make it to the playoffs. If Arraez doesn’t make it to the all-star game, it’s rigged, I mean just look at his stats and how good he’s been playing, Tony Gwyn 2.0 if I say so myself

20. Skip Schumacher has turned this team into a legit playoff team for the first time since stanton(during a full season). With the next series being the white sox,and then after the mariners they will be facing the Nats…Marlins could easily be top of the division.

    We gotta build a staute of Schumacher if he tames us to the palyoffs,the squad it self has the talent to go to it(Arreaz,Soler,Chizzom,Alacantra,Barnes,cooper,yuli gurriel) but its the divison that makes it hard and with the NL west having 3 legit contenders.

    Its nice to finally have hope for this team.
