Still trying to be optimistic for this team. There is a way, and I still remain confident that this team can turn it around, even though we’re getting into summer now.
Well yeah they’ve been this bad, but they’ve never cost this much money, and made so many big promises, and been this bad.
I mean yeah, I’m used to this. It’s always like this, but this year, I really thought it might not be like this. I didn’t stop watching when it was dogshit in the past though, and I’m not gonna stop watching now.
I’ve been a Padres fan long enough that I declare any year where we break .500 at any point a win.
As an older fan there is a huge difference. If this team isn’t good there are a lot of expensive and long contracts that will weigh the team down for years.
