  11. Day 3 of the Ohtani ⚔️ Suzuki Samurai Matchup! Suzuki had 2 hits, one more than Ohtani, but the Angels swept the Cubs! I was looking forward to this series, so it's a shame that it didn't turn out to be a heated battle due to the Cubs' poor performance.😅
    Now, it's time to sweep the Mariners next!🙌

  22. The 1st time the Angels swept a series, they lost the next 3 series. 2nd time sweep, got swept the next series and lost 3 of 4 to Houston. They better not play poorly against Seattle.

  37. Not sure if platooning the outfield would turn out to be a good in the long run. Ward hasn't rediscovered any of his All-start calibre form at all. It might be a better strategy to let Ward fine tune his swing in the minors to get ready for the post season if they do get in, while allowing the young guns to keep up the momentum of swing the hot bat during the regular season.
    It pains to see Moniak being benched when his bat and glove are flaming hot.

  38. These results suggest that teams with a low win rate, unless they are in the rebuilding phase, will not be evaluated equally even if they do exactly the same as a team with a high win rate, and will have to take additional measures. That's true for both the Angels and the Cubs.
    Even after watching MLB for about two years, one thing is clear: Umpire favors teams with a high winning percentage. They need to seize their chances before Umpire can get behind them.
