The thing I don’t get is…why not at least try it? We went like 6 minutes without scoring, at a time where we managed to play great defence. Even 1 or 2 buckets during that stretch and it’s a different ball game.
Plus, the benefit of trying something that the Nuggets have literally not seen all series might have been worth it.

I’m glad Spo stuck to his guns regarding Herro. It was clear he wasn’t ready to return.
Where Spo went wrong was not playing Highsmith enough minutes.
Vincent was ball hogging all night and strus had a couple ok stretches but was mostly trash. I just cant see why you end up playing lowry and vincent at the same time for a stretch, thats the perfect time to sub in herro and see what he can do
Is it possible for herro to be seriously hurt further by playing or something ? If the answer is no and it’s just about pain tolerance I’ll never understand spos decision to not try him out at all especially with jimmy struggling
I feel like Spo would have put him in the game if we were winning by 20 points, so he could warm up for game 6. But the game was too close to risk it

Herro was an inch away from splashing a 3 ball minutes after he broke his hand. I’m certain he would have made an impact shooting the ball at this stage of his recovery
