PFF – 2023 NFL offensive line rankings (Commanders #27)

Fair ranking. The most we can hope for is that the o-line isn’t a major liability
Unsurprising. They were 27th in pass block win rate last year, and made no significant upgrades this offseason. I just hope EB can scheme his way around our poor pass pro.
we are banking on unproven people and/or new guys. If Charles at LG, Cosmi at RG, Gates at C, and Wylie at RT work out, we will be a top 15 line. But if just a couple of them dont…. we will be in the same boat as last year.
My hope is that our OC is way better this year, and so the offense will operate better as a whole.
I’m hoping EB tries to go for a very quick release style
Pats and Steelers did it the last few years of Brady/Ben and those 2 were leading the league in snap-to-throw time to not really even give the rush time to get home
(Obv Howell is not either of those guys, but I can help mask the line)
