Probably not worth giving up Turner for this return, but I don’t think it’s as awful as some other trades I’ve seen.
If we could replace Buddy for Turner here, who probably fits better on the Lakers with AD at center the playoffs, then I’d do this. Not sure the Lakers would since Turner is more valuable, but I do think Buddy fits better.
I still think the Lakers unprotected 29 1st has a lot of value. I’d love to do a similar deal as the Thunder did to get the Nuggets 29 1st if possible.
I pray every night that the next pandemic only affects Lakers fans and it makes the bubonic plague look like the common cold.
The only justification the guy could give me was Myles not being on the timeline. Joke, joke, joke.
