    Maybe the Wizards have interest in Ayton, could be posturing from them because Suns having Beal and Booker as a backcourt means they split playmaking duties without a real PG

    I still think Lowry’s massive expiring is more helpful for Washington unless Beal waives his NTC for the Suns

  8. If they’re offering Ayton I don’t see a path that doesn’t include Herro, but I feel pretty good being in the top-2 with a team that already traded all their picks.

  9. Come on Brad hop on over to Miami, no state tax, probably first option shot counts and profile, a great coach and system, one of the best organisations, and one that was just in the NBA finals.

    I don’t understand why people keep trying to hitch their wagon to KD or Kyrie when it clearly doesn’t work anymore, they don’t “want the moment” anymore, just an easy stacked team.

  11. Could be a smokescreen to get the heat to throw in Tyler. Honestly don’t see how beal would even fit on the suns. They’d have cooked cp3 and no bigs to fill out the roster

  13. Seems like a negotiating tactic by the Wizards to get the Heat to offer more. Suns dont make much sense unless the Wizards love Ayton..

    Feels like it’s really just the Heat and the Wizards are just trying to squeeze a bit more from them

    is trading your already extremely limited depth for Beal moving the needle? If we lose out to phoenix that’s be such a bummer

  26. I can respect the Suns trying to swing for the fences knowing they’re in their window, but in what world does the Booker Beal Durant trio work? Their issues already are depth and defense and they’d have to sacrifice salary and probably Ayton to take on Beal. I don’t get their interest here.

    Also, if you’re Beal, you’re an idiot for considering the Suns.

    He would literally sacrifice all of his touches for Booker/KD. Offensive juggernaut? Sure. But they lost against the Nuggets for every reason but scoring.

    In Miami, it just makes sense. He fits in exactly for what we need.

    Am I saying I want him? Sure, but depends what I’m giving up.

    His contract is a nightmare, but if you can get him for not giving up anyone truly valuable, I do it.
