  1. Okay but realistically, how do we move into the late 20s when we only have the last pick of the draft lol

  2. This exact story feels like it comes out about us every year and nothing ever happens.

  3. ‘Exploring’ can do a lot of heavy lifting when it’s the bucks calling around to a couple teams saying “what ya want for your pick?” It doesn’t mean we have anything to offer but if someone wants to make a dumb move at least you know what’s available.

  4. Bucks GM does their job to see if there is a trade that will make the team better.

    Also

Bucks GM also does their job and doesn’t make a trade that would not make the team better.

This can be said for basically any team.

  5. Bucks don’t have many assets. It would have to be one of the mid-level guys like pat, bobby, Grayson. I’m not sure why another team would do it for just that. Maybe bobby would be worth a first but then wouldn’t he leave a gaping hole in the rotation that they couldn’t expect to refill with this pick and no flexibility to sign anyone else? That’s the bucks problem. They are so far over cap they can really only resign their own guys.

  6. Wonder how much it would cost to straight up buy a first round pick. Like $15 million? Second founders get bought a decent amount but never heard of it for a first.
