  1. Even with my Sox in the basement of the AL East, it’s legit great to see the Orioles, Dbacks and Marlins in the top 10. Letting the young kids plays is actually paying dividends.

  2. Power Rankings + potential. Dodgers, Yankees, and Astros aren’t playing like winners.

  3. The fact the Rays are on this hot list after losing to the worst team in the league twice

  4. The voters have to be on something, like the Astros and the Dodgers both got swept, the Yankees have been in a landslide for quite a while now since Judge is on the IL and their still above the Marlins and the Angels? Like sorry what? Firstly the Marlins literally have the 3rd best record in the NL and 6th in MLB plus they have been playing quality baseball for a while now this season and their potential is also high, with top pitching prospects and the combo of Soler+Arraez + whoever else is hot at the moment… they should be 6 with how the dodgers, astros and Yankees have been playing, all of them have a losing record in the last 10 (though I would allow more of a slack on the Dodgers, they were just swept)

Also the Angels are literally better currently than the Astros and Yankees with 3 key players on the IL. Like what? And okay, let’s allow the Astros some slack since their roster is one of the deepest in the majors, but they have not been playing up to their potential lately and that should be reflected in the standings, meanwhile there’s honestly no excuse for putting the Yankees so high. They have been playing really badly for a while now, and while they are just a game back of ,say, the Angels, with Judge still not looking like coming back soon, the power rankings should reflect how they’ve been playing lately

  5. On what planet do the Janks deserve to be on this list? Dodgers? Giants should absolutely be there considering they’re on a 7 game win streak and in 2nd place…

  6. Why are the Yanks still in the top 10? We have one of the leagues worst offense.

  7. Giants have 8th best record in MLB, tied for 4th best run differential, since May 1st have a 28-15 record, just swept the Dodgers.

    Continue to sleep
