Now we’re Tauching
Mike Tauchman may be extended and if he is I’m all for it
He’s the kind of guy we will dump after the year for a younger player. Even though he’s clearly been a catalyst and a big boost for this team
He has been a welcome and delightful surprise after the Mastrobouni and the Mervis disappointments. (No shade to Mervis, but he really did struggle.) I know Tauchman’s played in the bigs before, but he’s spent most of his career down in AAA and it really seems like this is his time. Hope he stays this hot and consistent. Great bat *and* great defense are a winning combo for sure.
