Brad Baxter?
I believe it is Brad Baxter too. Google images show a similar face mask which does not appear all too common.
I don’t think it’s Brad Baxter. The number is right, but other details are off. The Jets last season with white face masks was 1989, but he didn’t play in any games that year. He made his on field debut in 1990, when they had changed to black facemasks. The sleeve length also indicates more mid-80s. I’m guessing that this is Johnny Hector, but the manufacturer changed the number for licensing reasons
Does it have to be anyone? I mean it’s not a photograph, could it just be a generic player model and the manufacturer filled in the paint for Jets, Giants, Cowboys etc whichever version the customer ordered?

I miss that logo. I have a new hat with it. I wish they would have redesigned the uniforms with a better logo/design.
I looked through all the rosters of that era and who wore 30 at the time. Its pretty much gotta be Baxter
