Adam Wainwright deactivates Twitter after London Series

This sucks. A chunk of our fanbase are the worst.
Fuck those “fans” so much
People enjoy tearing other people down too much.
This is why you don’t use Twitter.
And a reminder social media should only be used in small doses.
That includes redditors. I’ve lowered my usage last few months and I’ve been happier for it.
Those people are such trash.
Edit: I hope Waino gets a standing O for his next start on Thursday.
Thankfully his devotional account on Twitter is still up.
Hopefully it’s just sports betters and not Cards fans. Terrible either way.
I wonder if he hangs it up before the end of the season. He doesn’t seem like the kind of guy who will stick around for the number (even tho he is). I think he believed before the start of the season he could still be effective, but he’s clearly not. At what point will he realize that this isn’t going to turn around?
This makes me so sad.
After everything Waino has done for us, you have to be a fake fan to throw vitriol his way. Yeah he knows he’s been sucking, it’s not like he’s loving it either

So much drama with this team, honestly.
Team Waino here, but sheesh. Every other week there is something cringe going on. Guess that’s what happens when you’re a losing team in June.
I guess I will be the first to not kiss his ass and say that he brought this upon himself. I will forever be grateful for the things that Yadi and Albert did on and off the field for the Cardinals organization and our city. Waino on the other hand signed a 17.5 million dollar 1 year deal to come back with really the sole purpose being 200 wins in a league where wins have become a borderline useless measure of a pitcher’s ability to pitch and actually win. In typical old man fashion when the people start speaking up about it, he starts barking from his front porch. And he is ignoring the fact that every 5 days he is contributing to a wasted season for everyone around him. Quite literally, Steven Matz has been the better pitcher this year yet every brainwashed cardinals fan would rather pretend wainwright is doing just fine.
Oh yeah, he can’t sing for shit, either.
