[Di Marco] Sounds like the initial deal between STL/PHI is completely dead in the water. Expectation is still for Kevin Hayes to end up in STL, but the deal would be nothing more than a salary dump. I'd expect it to be at close to 50% retention, as well.

See Ryan Johansson to the AVS, 50% retained for Galchenyuk (moving a player to stay under the 50 limit).
