BL had some of the greatest catches and worst raps in franchise history…. I even forget about him sometimes because his career season was in Denver.

My biggest BL memories are the time he ducked under a pass thrown to him, then he turned to watch it fall incomplete.
And also one game where he had a nice deep catch that got called back on a Kwame Harris holding penalty

He had a weird career. He never did much of anything other than some highlight reel catches every once in a while until he randomly led the league in receiving yards in his 8th season, had a couple more decent seasons with a few more highlight reel catches, got cut, took a year off and then played one more season with the Niners. I remember being really confused the year he broke out, so strange to see a breakout in someone’s 8th season.
